once upon a time we all decided that theatre was the thing we wanted to do with our lives. that storytelling was our path and that every human we meet has a story to tell.

that sounds pretty cheesy but as i reflect on today's rehearsal i am reminded that we don't enter this profession for money or fame or any of those things. we do it for the stories. and blake's right: this is not an industry but a pursuit and a pursuit that feels... wonderful.

it's night's like this: when you know that you have a work that is worth people's time and people's money and you can't WAIT for them to see it!
